How to Unblock the Budget?

Step 1 :  Click on Action Tab From Active Tab 

Step 2 : Once Action button Clicked, below tab & Click the Unblock option  

Step 3 : Once Unblock option is clicked, User get the Alert, Once Yes option clicked by User Budget get unblocked
