How to Approve / Reject Documents via Email ?

Once If document is sent for Approval then one email will be sent to user those whoever are in the documents section then they can take fast approve or Reject any Post that they have received  over email .

likewise they can approve or reject document without login to any account of BI portal.

User can do such activity :

• Fast Approve single Post.
• Fast Rejection single Post. 

All user can do in an instance where your admin require to enabled option of  fast approvals in instance level in GAP if you are not getting this then contact support for enabling this feature.

Fast Approval email Looks like this in short it take open app in new tab for login else user want to reject doc or approve they just have to click respective action to take it will redirect on new tab with respective action context.

For Rejection UI will look like this :

Here Comment is mandatory user can reject with single Click .

For Approve Ui will Look Like this :

Here Comment is not mandatory user can Approve with single Click . 

After Reject and Approve screen will show below Status on Doc even if its approve from Web-App itself.

To enhance Security We implemented expiry for Post approval.

• This mails are bound to only receiver user and not any user in BCC and CC can receive approve mail , only Approver can receive mail.
• Fast Approval can be disabled in Gap just contact Support for it.
• Means User can take action on any approve /reject via email within 2 days after ward link will be expired and no action can be taken at that moment instead user can take action into approvals section of web app BI portal .
