Steps to create a new Annual Plan
Step 1: Open the Bluprint application.
Step 2: Go to “Home” in the left menu and click on the “Create Plan” button.
Step 3: Enter the “Plan name” and the “Plan dates”, then click on the Next button to proceed to the next stage.
Step 4: Select the Brand, Caption and TG details which need to be added to the plan. From the right section, users can select multiple captions against a single brand. Also, users can add multiple brands to the plan.
Step 5: The user needs to select the medium and KPI against the users who are to be added to the plan.
Users can add multiple Mediums and from the right section, users can select multiple KPIs against each medium while adding them to the plan.
Step 6: Users can add members to the plan and assign them rights while adding them. Users can see the list of members added along with the rights in the right section.
Step 7: After selecting all Brands, captions, TG, Medium, KPI and members in the last stage, users can see the summary of the plan and by clicking on the “Make Calendar” button the calendar gets generated.
Step 8: Once the calendar gets generated, the user can view the calendar in the list shown on the home page
