How to create bills?

Step 1 : Click on Apps icon present at top right corner marked in red.  

Step 2 : Type ‘Bills - BTL/Non Media’ in the search box, you will find the application name in the options listed. Click on the Bills - BTL/Non Media application. 

Step 3 : After opening the application, you need to click on ‘MY BILLS’ in the left menu, further drop down will appear, in drop-down you need to click on ‘CREATE BILLS’. 

Step 4 : You will be redirected to a new page to create a bill. Under PO, you need to select the PO number using the option marked in the screenshot.

Step 5 : Select Job owner and Financial Year of the PO of which you want to generate a bill. 

Step 6 : After selecting the Job Owner and Financial Year, you will find the list of jobs created by the owner and in the financial year you have selected. Click on the appropriate job of which you want to create a bill.

Step 7 : Further, fill all the details required to create a bill on the same page, i.e. Bill no, Bill date, documents.

Step 8 : In the next step, review the sub activities which were added during job creation. If any changes are needed you can edit it  by clicking on the edit button. If everything looks good click on Next button.

Step 9 : On the next page, you need to review the Commission and Taxes. You can edit if any changes are needed or else you click on the next button to move further.

Step 10 : Last but not the least, you need to review all the details entered earlier, if everything looks good click on Next button.

Step 11 : To check your bill, go to the left menu and click on ‘MY BILLS’, under my bills you will find the option of ‘LIST OF BILLS’ click on list of bills option to check your bill.

Step 12 : You will find the details of the bill created by you under the list of bills option. By clicking on the bill you will find all the details of the bill.
