What's new

Vendor/Agency Users can now add new Brands and update existing Brand details directly within a Completion Request, raised against a Purchase Order once an activity is fully or partially completed. Previously this wasn't possible at the completion stage.

This works for both full and partial activity completion, and the updated Brand and Dealer Split details automatically flow through to Annexure 2 and Annexure 3 of the PO once the request is approved.

Quick summary of the workflow

  1. Vendor/Agency User adds/updates Brands and Activity details on the Completion Request and submits.
  2. AO Admin verifies the details, updates the correct Dealer Split, and either Verifies (forwards to Area Manager) or sends it Back to the Vendor/Agency User for correction.
  3. Area Manager approves the verified request.
  4. On approval, the PO is updated and Annexure 2 (Brand changes) and Annexure 3 (Dealer Split changes) are regenerated automatically.

Good to know / common validation prompts

  • You must attach at least one supporting document for each Brand/Activity entry before submitting.
  • All KPI "Actual" values must be filled in on the Performance tab before submitting.
  • A caution banner reminds you that approved Completion changes override the original plan and impact reporting — review before submitting.
