How to share PO with vendors?

Step 1 : Open Marketing Purchase Order application

Step 2 : Click on BTL PO’s in the left menu. See attached screenshot for your reference.

Step 3 : Click on Share With Agency button to share the PO with the agency.

Step 4 : Select Medium, vendor, period from and period to. You can also search for a particular  PO number in the search box. After getting the PO you can click on the checkbox to share PO with the agency.

Step 5 : Next step is to enter the email address of the agency to whom you want to send PO and click on share with the agency button.

Step 6 : After sending PO to the agency, you will find a successful message.
