How to Share PO’s with Vendors?

This will help you in understanding the steps to Send PO's for Approval/Verification

Note: Only Approved PO's can be shared with the agency/vendor

Step 1: Open the Marketing Purchase Order app
Step 2: Go to ATL or BTL POs
Step 3: Click on the “Share with Agency” button

Step 4: Select Medium, Vendor, and Period. Search for the PO number
Step 5 Select the PO and then click on the “Share/Hide with Agency” button

Step 6: The user will receive a success message once the PO is shared
