we need to download multiple PO's at one time, downloading single PO's is really a hectic process. To resolve this issue we have introduced an option to download multiple PO's at a single time. 

Steps to download multiple PO's

Step 1: Go to the Marketing Purchase Order application. 

Step 2: Click on BTL PO’s in the left menu.  

Step 3: Click on Download Multiple PO’s option.

Step 4: Further, you will be redirected to a new page wherein, you need to select the period of PO’S which needs to be downloaded.  

Step 5: After selecting the period, you will find the PO’s as per the period selected. Click on the checkbox in front of PO’s which needs to be downloaded. 

You can also select all the PO’s by selecting ‘SELECT ALL’ option from the particular date range.

Step 6: Next step is to download the selected PO’s, click on ‘DOWNLOAD PO PDF’ option to download multiple PO’s in zip
